Theology simply refers to the study of God. Christian theology is the study of the nature, attributes, and will of God as He has revealed in Scripture (special revelation) and through creation (general revelation). It seeks to know God deeply, to understand Him more clearly, and to apply His truth to our everyday life so we can grow in worship and obedience. (John 17:3, 2 Timothy 2:15)
